The credential the IRS itself awards

Enrolled Agents are tax specialists authorized by the U.S. Treasury to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Like CPAs and tax attorneys, they may represent any taxpayer, on any tax matter, before any IRS office: audits, collections and appeals.

Meet William

Most people see their tax professional once a year. I don't think that's enough.

William Spargur, EA, MBA

I opened Spargur Tax & Accounting because I know how hard it is to find a tax professional who genuinely has your best interests in mind. When you call, you get me: not a rotating associate, not a seasonal hire. My office is in Bonita Springs, and I work with families and business owners from Cape Coral to Naples.

My goal is for you to understand your own financial picture, not just trust me with it. Plain English, realistic odds, and no surprises on the bill.

How working together goes

You always know where things stand, what is still needed, and what you owe.

  1. Book an appointment

Pick a time for a phone call or an office visit. I'll ask a few questions and tell you what to expect, including the fee.

  2. Upload documents securely

Send your tax papers through the secure upload instead of email. They go straight into our encrypted ShareFile system.

  3. Review and e-sign

Look over the draft return, then sign your IRS e-file authorization (Form 8879) electronically.

  4. Pay online

Pay your invoice by card or bank transfer. I e-file once it's signed and paid, and confirm when it's accepted.
