What you send through the forms

When you use a form on this site (a message, the new-client organizer, an IRS help inquiry or the newsletter sign-up), your answers go into our secure client system and are seen only by our office. They are used to answer you and to prepare your work, and for nothing else.

Please don't enter Social Security, ITIN or account numbers in a form or send them by email. We collect those securely once we're working together.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing.
• This site runs no advertising trackers.
• The only cookies we set are the ones that keep clients and staff signed in to the client portal. (Stripe's payment form on the pay pages uses its own for fraud prevention.)

The services this site uses

• Document uploads go straight to ShareFile, our encrypted document system: files never pass through this website.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details go to Stripe, not to us.
• Appointments are booked through Appointlet, which adds them to our calendar.
• The newsletter is sent with MailerLite. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link, and your email is never shared or sold.
