Start from clean books
A business return is prepared from your completed worksheet or clean QuickBooks data. If the books need catching up first, that's bookkeeping, billed at $300 an hour and always quoted in advance.
Sole proprietors and single-member LLCs can use the 2026 business worksheet (Excel), which covers every Schedule C income and expense category, vehicle mileage and the home office. More forms are on the worksheets and checklists page.
What it costs
- S corporation or partnership: from $350, including a single-owner entity return and the owner's K-1. Each additional owner adds $50.
- C corporation: from $500, including the Florida F-1120 corporate return.
- Schedule C on your personal return: +$125 for an ongoing business.
Every add-on is listed
Payroll work, depreciation, first-year returns and other states are on the fee schedule. Not sure which structure fits? Read the plain-English guide to LLCs, S corps and C corps.
